Celebrate The Bistro's Anniversary!
It’s already been a year since Chef Greg returned to the Bistro. To celebrate, chef has created a new signature drink - the Pimmtini. Loosely based on the traditional New Orlean's favorite Pimm's Cup, the Pimmtini is made with cucumber infused vodka and served in a martini glass with a cucumber garnish. Because of cucumber's cooling properties, the Pimmtini is the perfect summer drink and is now available for $1 to celebrate the first anniversary of the Bistro's return.
Meet the Chef
Chef Greg Picolo, a New Orleans native, has created a menu that
pleases both diners and critics alike. Cooking in the Louisiana
Creole style, different than the spicy Cajun style most people associate
with Louisiana, Chef Picolo delivers sophisticated dishes that satisfy
both body and soul.
