The historic Maison de Ville Audubon Cottages has partnered with the Dauphine Orleans Hotel to provide Cottage guests with check-in and parking services. With this in mind, please review the following information carefully.

Reservations-
The historic Audubon Cottages of Maison de Ville are currently available for reservation online or by calling 504-561-5858. The main building of the Hotel Maison de Ville will be open soon so please check back for updates and contact the Dauphine Orleans Hotel for any current reservation needs.

Check-in-
The Dauphine Orleans Hotel, located at 415 Dauphine Street only 1 block north of the Cottages, will provide check-in, Bell service and parking for our guests.

Parking-
The Dauphine has secure parking available for guests of the Audubon Cottages. Please review the rates and policies HERE.

• Early check out is charged $100.00

• Guarantee/Deposit
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit which will be charged (at the time of booking).
• Deposit: 1 Night plus tax
• Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events or conventions, see Rate Rules.
• Cancellation
• Deposit is fully refundable if cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
• Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the one night deposit.
• No Shows are charged 1 night stay plus tax.

• Family Plan
• Children 18 and under stay free in paid adult room.
• All rooms have one bed only and rollaway beds are not available.
• Rates include continental breakfast.
• Must be 21 or older

 

Communications Fee
An additional charge of $4.95 will be posted to your room each day to cover your facilities usage. This charge includes all local, long distance, and 800 phone calls within the U.S. and Canada, and business services including computer use, faxing, and printing, as well as high speed wireless access.
