Hotel Maison De Ville Mardi Gras Rates
December 5, 2007
The term “Mardi Gras” may have originated in France, but New Orleans sure knows how to give those Europeans a run for their money! Mardi Gras, or “Fat Tuesday”, is the day preceding Ash Wednesday and the beginning of Lent. As you may have heard, the people of New Orleans (along with many tourists and adventure-seekers) sure know how to celebrate this holiday. Parades along Bourbon Street, Saint Charles Avenue, and Canal Street feature the city’s numerous Krewes and excessively-decorated floats. Mardi Gras parties and masquerade balls following the parades last until the sun comes up.
Celebrate the end of Carnival Season and the beginning of Lent with the Maison de Ville. The rates for Mardi Gras are listed below. There is a four-night minimum stay, with discounts available for five or more nights. The Maison de Ville has a 72-hour cancellation policy for this special event and requires a one-night deposit when booking.
